Hello, my name is Daniella and I am an experienced couples counsellor based at Relationship Counselling Kent’s Aylesford practice. I hold a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am accredited by the NCS. Alongside private practice, I also work as an NHS Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach.
I believe seeking relationship support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Many couples tell me they wish they had come sooner, as therapy helps them see issues more clearly, communicate openly, and feel understood.
I create a safe, supportive space where you can talk honestly without judgement. I will not take sides, but help you both feel equally heard while encouraging you to understand one another’s perspective. Together, we will explore what isn’t working and rebuild connection with kindness and respect.
In addition to couples counselling, I have specialist training in sex, intimacy, arousal, and ageing. I support couples in addressing sensitive issues such as libido changes, erectile dysfunction, or hormonal shifts, helping you work through concerns constructively and restore closeness.
