More From Karen
I began my career supporting individuals before moving into private practice, where I now work with both couples and individuals. Over the years, I have seen how important it is for both partners in a relationship to feel heard, understood, and validated.
In my sessions, I work with couples to better understand themselves and their communication patterns. We explore what is said, what is meant, and how messages may be received differently. This helps to uncover miscommunication, reduce conflict, and build a deeper understanding between partners.
It is always a privilege to be trusted with people’s stories and relationships. I find great satisfaction in helping couples address difficulties and move forward in whichever way they choose, whether that means rebuilding the relationship or separating more amicably.
