Hello, I’m Tracey. I know that reaching out for support is not always easy, so I aim to make therapy a safe and welcoming experience. My role is to walk alongside you, offering understanding, empathy, and practical strategies to help you find a way forward.

Whether you are struggling with trauma, relationship difficulties, or personal challenges, I offer a space where you can feel heard and supported. Background/Experience

racey began her career by volunteering with a rape crisis and CSA team, and later completed a placement at The Place To Be, where she supported children in primary schools.

Over the past decade, she has worked extensively within NHS IAPT services, providing counselling, EMDR, and Couples Therapy for Depression. Her focus on LGBTQ+ couples therapy has developed through years of supporting minority communities in a culturally sensitive way.

In 2018, Tracey became certified in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment particularly effective for trauma. In 2021, she completed specialist training with Tavistock Relationships, qualifying as a provider of Couples Therapy for Depression.
